IronCollect is a product of CollectIQ LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. We provide an AI-powered accounts receivable platform for business-to-business (B2B) companies. Our registered address is 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. Contact: ir@ironcollect.com.
We collect information you provide during signup (name, company, email, business address, EIN for carrier registration), invoice data you upload (customer names, contact info, amounts), and usage data (login activity, feature usage). We do not sell your data.
We use your information to provide the IronCollect service, provision your dedicated phone number and email address, send outreach messages on your behalf to your existing business customers, process payments, and comply with carrier registration requirements (A2P 10DLC / Toll-Free Verification).
IronCollect sends SMS messages on behalf of its clients to their existing B2B customers using the IronCollect platform. All SMS recipients are existing business customers of our clients with a pre-existing business relationship. Every message includes opt-out instructions (Reply STOP). STOP replies are processed immediately and the number is added to a permanent do-not-contact list. We do not send unsolicited messages.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). Invoice data and customer contact information is encrypted at rest. We retain your data for the duration of your subscription and 90 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted.
We use Twilio for SMS delivery, Resend for email delivery, Stripe for payment processing, and Supabase for data storage. Each provider has their own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data required to provide the service.
You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing ir@ironcollect.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We may update this policy as our service evolves. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
