By creating an account on IronCollect (ironcollect.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. IronCollect is a product of CollectIQ LLC, a Wyoming LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
IronCollect is for use by businesses collecting their own outstanding invoices from their existing B2B customers. You must be a legal business entity. You may not use IronCollect as a third-party debt collection agency, to contact consumers (non-business individuals) about personal debts, or for any purpose prohibited by applicable law.
At signup, you confirm that: (a) all invoices you upload are owed directly to your business, (b) all contact information was collected through your direct business relationship, and (c) you are not a third-party debt collector subject to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). This attestation creates a binding record of your compliance responsibility.
IronCollect operates as an ISV (Independent Software Vendor) that sends automated SMS, email, and voice messages on behalf of its business clients to their existing B2B customers. Before activating any outreach, account holders must complete a mandatory web-form attestation confirming: (a) all listed customers have an existing business relationship with their company, and (b) they are authorized to contact those customers regarding outstanding invoices. This attestation is recorded at the time of customer data upload and constitutes the opt-in consent record for all subsequent outreach. SMS Program Details: Messages are sent by IronCollect on behalf of the account holder's business. Message types include invoice payment reminders, payment confirmation notices, and account status updates. Message frequency varies by account settings, typically 2–6 messages per month per recipient. Message and data rates may apply. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact info@ironcollect.com. All STOP requests are honored immediately and recorded permanently in the platform's DNC (Do Not Contact) list. IronCollect is the sole creator of all message content — end businesses do not write or modify messages. You remain responsible for ensuring the accuracy of contact information and that all recipients have a bona fide existing business relationship with your company.
You may not: use IronCollect to contact individuals who have opted out, send messages containing false or misleading information, use the service to harass or threaten recipients, violate any applicable federal or state collections laws, or resell or sublicense the service without written permission from CollectIQ LLC.
IronCollect is offered on a subscription basis. Plans start at $497/month (Starter) and $997/month (Pro). Annual plans are available at a discount. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you will be prompted to add a payment method to continue service. Unused trial accounts are deleted after 90 days of inactivity.
CollectIQ LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of IronCollect is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. IronCollect is provided as-is without warranty of any kind.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CollectIQ LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
CollectIQ LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, abusive use of SMS/email channels, or any illegal activity, with or without notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
